Mitiksha IT Services (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the booking system at mitikshaitservices.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, in compliance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

When you book a consultation, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and optionally phone number and company name
  • Notes you choose to share about your project or needs
  • Your IP address (hashed) for rate-limiting and fraud prevention

When you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name, email, and message. We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, traffic source, approximate location). We do not use cookies for advertising, and analytics data is never joined with the personal information you submit through forms.

How We Use Your Information

  • To confirm and manage your booked consultation
  • To send you a calendar invite and meeting link for your session
  • To send a confirmation email and cancellation link
  • To respond to your contact form inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate our platform:

  • Google Calendar & Google Meet— to create meeting events and video call links. Google’s privacy policy applies.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue)— to send transactional emails. Brevo’s privacy policy applies.
  • Google Analytics— to measure site traffic and understand which pages visitors find useful. Analytics data is aggregated, retained for 14 months, and not used for advertising. Google’s privacy policy applies. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Data Retention

Booking records are retained for 24 months to support any follow-up service engagements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
