We already have Google Analytics. Why would we need this service?

Having GA4 installed and having GA4 working correctly are different things. Mitiksha audits implementations routinely and finds critical issues in the majority: missing conversion events, broken attribution, incomplete funnel tracking. If you are making marketing decisions from your analytics, it is worth knowing whether the data is reliable.

What is the difference between GA4 and Universal Analytics?

Universal Analytics (UA) was sunset by Google in July 2023. GA4 is the replacement with a different data model (event-based vs. session-based) and different configuration requirements. Businesses that were on UA and migrated to GA4 without proper reconfiguration often have gaps in their conversion tracking.

Does this work with our CRM?

Offline conversion imports connect CRM data (e.g. signed contracts or closed revenue) back to GA4 and Google Ads. This is the correct way to close the attribution loop between marketing spend and actual revenue. Mitiksha implements offline conversion tracking for clients where the sale happens offline after an online lead.

Can you build dashboards for channels beyond Google?
